This policy explains what Naraz Logistics collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website only, not the operational data we hold for customers under a services agreement.
What we collect
Two separate things: information you type into a form, and analytics about how the site is used.
- Forms: the name, company, email, phone number and message you submit through a quote request, contact message, or consultation booking.
- Analytics: a randomly generated visitor and session identifier stored in your browser, the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location (country, region and city, derived from your IP address), your browser's language, timezone and user agent.
- We do not store your IP address itself, and we do not buy, sell, or enrich any of this with third-party data.
Consent
No analytics are collected until you accept them. If you have not made a choice, or you declined, no visitor identifier is created, no analytics request is sent, and Google Analytics is never loaded onto the page.
You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which removes the stored choice and shows the banner again.
Submitting a form is its own consent: we use those details to reply to you.
Why we collect it
Form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to set up your account. Analytics are used to understand which pages and services people look for, so we can improve them.
We do not use any of it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep it
Raw analytics records are kept for 180 days and then deleted. Aggregated daily counts, which contain no individual identifiers, are kept indefinitely.
Form submissions are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and then deleted on request.
Who else sees it
Our infrastructure providers process this data on our behalf: Google Firebase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (site analytics, only with your consent).
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent for analytics.
Write to info@narazlogistics.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are handled manually today; if you ask us to remove a form submission, we remove the record itself, not just its status.
Where the data is held
Our systems run on Google Cloud and Vercel infrastructure, which may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. That means it can be subject to the laws of those countries.
